Congrats! Great to the see the vision becoming graspable.
Good to to see openlayers and tilecache in action. Wondering if django-gis is used and if MapServer or GeoServer is generating the tiles. Which cartographic data is used? OSM?
Must have been hard to get all the data especially the geometries. What do you think of zillows recent move of open sourcing the neighbourhood shapefiles?

Nicely done. Can't wait to see it expand into other cities.
Congrats! You guys have applied the best of yourselves to EveryBolock. And i can't help to say "An invasion of armies can be resisted, but not an idea whose time has come."Best of luck
Great job with the site. I think the big news sites will take notice of this and drool. As a resident of the Hyde Park neighborhood in Chicago, I've been a fan of your chicagocrime.org site for quite a while. I love how you integrated that data into everyblock.
Mark: Our DNS provider (GoDaddy) is having some problems, which has made the site's domain unavailable intermittently for some ISPs. We've switched providers to solve the problem, so the site should be back online soon, depending on your ISP.
